PERFECT HOLIDAY IN LOKVA ROGOZNICA accommodation with a saltwater, cooled/heated pool, which is approximately 30 m² in size and has a depth of 1.5 meters. A shallow children's area in the eastern corner makes it perfect for our youngest guests; at the same time, the saltwater system ensures the water is gentler on skin and eyes than traditional chlorine treatment. The pool can be heated or cooled to your preferred temperature, ensuring a perfect swim whenever you choose.

No one else shares the pool and the rest of the courtyard you see on this web page. The pool, terraces, grill and garden are reserved for your group only. The two owners live on the upper floor and completely respect your privacy.
Swim, grill, and enjoy the sea view from the first row. When you sit down for your morning coffee, you feel one with nature surrounded by blue sea and lush greenery. PEBBLE BEACHES ➜ are right below, a two minute's walk from the ACCOMMODATION ➜. So if you want to swim in the sea or play with your kids in the pool, relax in the sun, work out in our courtyard gym, enjoy meals from the large garden grill, or take in the exceptional sea view, there's room for it here.
APARTMENT IN LOKVA ROGOZNICA
The eastern sun terraces offer a front-row sea view and a fully equipped outdoor dining area. A dining set for 6 is ready for your meals outdoors, and the garden grill is right at hand for a leisurely barbecue with a view. Sun loungers and seat cushions are stored in the on-site chest - always within reach.
The western sun terrace is shaded by pine trees — ideal for a lazy afternoon in the sun loungers or a gentle swing in the hammock. Two outdoor showers are nearby: a solar shower with warm water for a comfortable rinse, and a cold-water shower with stronger pressure. Cushions are stored in the on-site chest.
As the sun sets, the pool lights come on automatically, giving the water a beautiful evening glow. Coloured garden lights - green, purple and more - are also available for guests to switch on at will, adding a festive touch to an evening by the pool.
The central courtyard is the heart of outdoor living at Easy Living - a large wooden dining table for 6, a lounge set and a hanging chair, all with an unobstructed view of the open sea. Whether you are sharing a meal, a glass of wine or simply watching the sun move across the water, this is where the day naturally unfolds.
The youngest guests have their own dedicated play area - a wooden swing set with slide, on a soft safety surface. Private parking for two cars in tandem is always available exclusively for guests; however, you are free to park elsewhere if you prefer.
Stay active and have fun without leaving the courtyard. The covered Fun & Fitness area is equipped for a solid workout — multi-station gym, elliptical trainer, and dumbbells. Please note that this is home-grade equipment, not a commercial gym. For lighter entertainment, there is table football and a dartboard — and when the table football is lifted, a children's billiards table is revealed underneath.

When making a reservation, the Guest makes an advance payment of 10% of the total price; the remaining 90% is charged no later than the day of arrival at Lokva Rogoznica when handing the keys to the accommodation unit and signing the property handover form. The Guest can cancel the reservation free of charge up to 20 days before the arrival day.
