The APARTMENT has 70 m2 and a balcony of 20 m2 and is suitable for 4+2 persons. It consists of two bedrooms with two large double beds, a bathroom, an air-conditioned living room with a sofa bed and a kitchen-dining area. Furthermore, the price includes the exclusive use of a 30 m2 COOLED/HEATED POOL, three sun terraces with six sun loungers, two garden dining sets for six people with a barbecue, fun and fitness area and a private parking space available only for guests.

Enjoy our cooled/heated pool, sun terraces, and large garden grill. Have a great time with your family playing darts, table foosball, children's billiards, and swinging on our various swings. You can also take a short walk to the NEARBY PEBBLE BEACHES to swim in the clear blue sea, rent a boat or jet ski, or even use our mooring for your boat. For those seeking more activities, you can visit Makarska and Omiš to play tennis, go rafting on the Cetina River, or take organized day trips by boat. Those interested in cultural and nightlife experiences can visit Split, just 35 km away, to see the 1700-year-old Diocletian's Palace and other cultural sights or to enjoy a diverse nightlife.

Is the pool private?

Yes. The pool, terrace, grill area and all outdoor spaces shown on the website are for your exclusive use.

Will there be other guests on the property?

No. Only the two owners live on the upper floor. Your outdoor area and pool remain private at all times.

Is the accommodation suitable for families?

Yes, the property is family-friendly, and children are welcome to play with the softballs we provide. We kindly ask guests not to use their own large or hard balls inside the courtyard to protect windows and surrounding structures.

Are pets allowed?

Yes, well‑behaved pets are welcome. Please be mindful of neighbours and keep pets supervised.

Is loud music allowed?

Moderate music is fine. Please consider neighbours in the nearby house. A private Easy Living--curated music stream is available on request.

Is the area quiet at night?

Yes. Nights are generally peaceful, with less traffic and a calm atmosphere.

Is traffic noise an issue?

Traffic noise can be heard outdoors, more during the day than at night. Bedrooms face the quieter side of the house, making it comfortable to sleep with the windows open.

Is the location windy?

Yes. The area can be windy at times, and the wind can occasionally be strong, especially during the night.

How far is the beach?

A short walk down the local path (2 -- 3 minutes). The beaches in this area are natural pebble beaches with clear water.

Is parking available?

Yes. Two private parking spaces are reserved for guests directly next to the house.

Is the pool heated/cooled?

Yes. The pool automatically maintains the set temperature, heating or cooling as needed.

What about cleaning?

Guests keep the accommodation tidy using the tools provided. If certain courtyard areas are not used, the owner will take care of them when guests are not around. If needed (e.g., after a storm), the owner can assist in restoring the outdoor areas to their original clean state at no charge.

What is considered inappropriate behaviour?

For everyone’s comfort and security, please avoid using the grill if it's windy and keep noise at a reasonable level, especially between 23:00 and 07:00. Normal children’s play is absolutely fine -- we only ask to avoid prolonged screaming. When using the air conditioner, keep doors and windows closed and turn it off when leaving the apartment. Pet owners, please take dogs outside the property for their needs and dispose of waste properly. Thank you for your understanding.
